Adherence in Following Phase II Cardiac Rehabilitation Program in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease Post-revascularization

Purpose: The aim of this study is to describe the adherence patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) after revascularization Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) and Percutaneous Intervention (PCI) in initiating, sustaining, completing phase II cardiac rehabilitation (CR) programs.Methods: This a descriptive cross sectional design. Data taken retrospectively using secondary data from medical records. population post-revascularization CAD who undergo CR Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital 2019-2020 all samples are total sampling method. described as program CABG PCI groups expressed percentage.Results: There 96 subjects meet inclusion exclusion criteria study. for initiating 94.6% group 100% group. A 50 people (67.56%) 16 (72.72%) each training session on time programmed. 57 (77.02%) complete12 sessions regardless required complete them.Conclusion: Overall, level following quite high. Adherence sustaining 2 was higher than group.
